Manager Climate Change Mitigation in Agrifood Value Chains
Florian Holz has been manager for climate change mitigation in agrifood value chains at Agora Agriculture since December 2025. He is working to improve the collection and comparability of greenhouse gas data along agrifood value chains and the standardisation of data collection systems.
In his previous role at a consulting firm, he advised companies on sustainability strategies. Prior to that, he worked on international development cooperation. He studied philosophy and economics in Bayreuth and Bordeaux, as well as agribusiness and rural development economics in Göttingen.
